The Timberlake Home begins with lot development and site design. Our services include lot evaluation for view enhancement and site work practices that help preserve the natural aesthetics of the landscape.
Our next step is plan development. At Timberlake, we assist you in creating a custom home to enhance the natural beauty of your property, the view from your lot, the livability of your home and your budget. We have built beautiful homes from great plans by leading architectural firms or for those who prefer to use existing plans but need modification services.
Third is construction and project management. At Timberlake, construction management begins with budgeting. We work through an extensive questionnaire in preparation for the start of your new home. This enables us to foresee and analyze your budget needs for sitework, foundation and retaining walls, framing, roofing, windows, siding and specialty exterior trim, painting and stain, insulation & drywall, interior painting & staining, cabinets and tops, fireplaces, stonework, electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs, and interior trim and floor coverings. During this time we’ll be able to determine costs and allowances that enable us to accurately price your home.
As we build your home we plan scheduled meetings to discuss & implement design preferences, assist with selections, discuss budget & allowance items and to cover any concerns, questions or modifications. At this time we discuss building timelines to enable the homeowner to make decisions and selections in a timeframe that works with your schedule and provides the time needed to make informed decisions. Our post construction procedures include after move-in follow-ups and proactive punch-list management.
