We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We love the Blue Ridge Mountains.
This is our community and we respect it. We believe in the core values that make up the small communities nestled in the peaks, valleys, lakes, and river banks of this majestic land.
For more than 18 years, we have welcomed hundreds of new neighbors to the area by helping them build their mountain retreat. This is our passion. For us, it is not about building the most houses but more about delivering value and creating life long relationships that only come when you meet or exceed expectations and deliver quality homes that are shared with friends and family for generations. This can only be done with transparency, experience in making the complicated…simple, and a belief that the Golden Rule still matters. And it does to us.

Yes, as a group, we have accumulated over 100 years of experience in the construction and design profession but equally as important, we will be the first to welcome you to the community. You will see us in the restaurants, at church, supporting other community members, enjoying the outdoors, and just out and about enjoying the mountain life.
We do not create run of the mill homes, therefore, we do not have run of the mill people. Our team pushes every day to bring the best in the industry to reality. Every designer, project manager, trade partner, and administrator at Timberlake makes a difference in everything we do. We are a collection of talent, ideas, passion and admiration for each other and our client partners.
